Residence Villa Rosi is a family run structure recommended for couples and families that are looking for a quiet place to spend their vacation in complete comfort, near the sea. The residence is located on a small hill in front of the sea, precisely above Lido di Capoliveri’s beach, the place that gives the name to the entire area: Colle Lido.
The Residence consists of 10 apartments, where you can spend moments of total relax thanks to the wide green areas that surround the entire structure, immersed in the typical mediterranean vegetation.
ALL THE APARTMENTS WERE RENOVATED DURING THE COURSE OF THE WINTER SEASON IN 2021-2022.
The swimming pool is located in front of the flats, with sun loungers, parasols and a small bar that stays open from breakfast to aperitif time. The property has a large park, mostly covered by a lawn, where you can find a children's area. Under the large pine tree there are slides, swings and other games such as table tennis.
The barbecue area is a space located in the garden where guests can get organized to cook fish and meat with the possibility to have dinner or aperitifs and share beautiful moments of
their vacation on Elba’s Island.
